Including Family in Wedding Day

Trying to think of ways to include your family and family-to-be in your wedding day memories? Look no further! We’ve got some great suggestions for you below.

You’ve Got My Love to Keep You Warm
Purchase a cotton quilt or blanket like this one(above) from Walmart(King size for $38.28). You will also need permanent fabric markers like these from Staples office store($9.49). Set out the quilt for family and guests to sign and decorate at the rehearsal dinner, wedding shower, or even on your wedding day. You will have a great memento from your wedding and can snuggle up with all the warm wishes for a happy future anytime you want!

Perfect for Personalizing Most Fabrics

Walkin’ THE Walk
Buy a plain white pair of wedding shoes-whether canvas sneakers or leather pumps are your style-you decide. Have your bridal party decorate them or your closest family and friends sign them for you to wear at your wedding reception or down the aisle. You can decorate shoes with permanent markers like sharpies, canvas shoes with fabric markers, and leather shoes with oil-based markers or permanent markers. This way you will carry all your favorite people close to your heart and sole(soul!) on your wedding day. Some truly sweet kicks!

Get Fabric Garland Like This on ETSY for $17+(depending on length) from VintageGreenLimited's Store!

Cheery Décor
Buy some fabric flag garland or paper flag garland (you could also make your own) and have friends and family sign their names, record their happy wishes for your future, or just jot down some friendly advice or an inspiring quote. Use the flag garland to decorate on your wedding day and then later to decorate your home. These garlands look great draped across fireplace mantles or across headboards or anywhere else that could use some warm wishes and cheer.
