Keeping it Cool for Summer & Warm Weather Weddings

In warm summer months like July and August planning ahead for your guests’ comfort is a great way to ensure an enjoyable experience for all. Here in Southern California, some months can have unpredictably hot and dry weather, making this more difficult. Unless your wedding is a completely indoor event, consider these ideas for keeping it cool during warm weather weddings. Event Tents The most costly remedy for scorching hot weather and no available shade is to rent an event tent. Event tents come in many shapes, sizes, and styles. Some are temporary structures with a roof and walls and some just provide a shade canopy. Tent rental companies also often offer the option of large barrel fans to keep the air circulating inside the tent, so be sure to ask what would be suitable for your needs.
